Breakdown And Repair

Machines always fail when you least want them to!!! With this in mind we have built our business around serving our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will provide 'over the phone advice' if we feel a quick and safe repair can be achieved without a visit. If after the initial diagnosis the problem cannot be resolved then we will arrange a visit and you can expect to see us soon!!

Routine Maintenance

Many companies now routinely service their machinery as this gives the opportunity to examine the more critical parts of the equipment in a hope that we can help predict possible future issues and also help prevent the risk of disaster. Any problems highlighted by the service can then be dealt with at a more convenient time rather than waiting for the untimely breakdown.

Machine Relocation

Over time many manufacturing businesses find as they grow they require more space for new equipment so they either move machinery internally or move premises completely. With this in mind we have on many occasions orchestrated such moves by carrying out all of the decommissioning of the plant, arranging all of the logistics that coincide with the move and then reinstalling the equipment ready for use, thereby giving the customer one point of contact for the entire task which ensures the most efficient coordination of manpower and minimises production loss.

Barfeeder Installation/Alignment

This type of work is often passed over to the manufacturer. It would lengthen the reinstallation and delay the recommissioning, but to avoid this we are happy to reinstall your barfeeder or just realign it ourselves.
